We start with a free consult to scope the project based on specific deliverables and scheduling.  Before we review or write a word, we make sure we understand your core goals and operating premises.  

For all reviewing and editing projects: 

• All suggestions are provided in writing, and we also participate in color review debriefs when requested.
• We review for responsiveness requirements, logic, structure, language use, style, consistency, pacing, as well as literary polish and sophistication. 
• Where applicable (in proposals and grants), we review for compliance to solicitation or application specified criteria.

For content writing projects: 

• After initial interviews and collaboration, we work independently, reaching out with questions and sample content as necessary to ensure accuracy. 
• For proposal and grant efforts, we participate in stand-up meetings when requested, and participate in solutioning, strategy, and storyboarding sessions to build content.
• Most projects include milestone check-in reviews with the client, usually at 50 percent and 80 percent development.
